Meet Ashley Foster, M.A.
Ashley Foster is a Licensed Associate Counselor at Arkansas Reproductive Therapy, where she provides virtual therapy for individuals and couples throughout Arkansas. Her passion lies in supporting women and couples who are navigating the emotional challenges that come with infertility and gynecological cancers. Ashley’s personal experiences with infertility, as well as her journey as an ovarian cancer thriver, have deeply fueled her desire to help others through these often isolating and complex situations.
Ashley earned her Master’s in Counseling from John Brown University and holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas. Her diverse professional background includes internships in private practice settings and at a behavioral hospital, where she gained valuable experience working with a wide range of clients.
Ashley’s approach to therapy is rooted in tailoring her services to meet each client’s unique needs. She works with clients to help them identify their strengths, resources, and potential solutions to achieve their personal goals. Whether through managing anxiety and negative thoughts, providing emotional support in group settings, or fostering acceptance of difficult emotions, Ashley is committed to offering compassionate and effective care.
A strong advocate for cultural competency, Ashley is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for people of all races, ethnicities, and faith backgrounds. She believes in the power of providing clients with a sense of belonging and understanding in their therapeutic journey.
Born and raised in White Hall, Arkansas, Ashley now resides in Maumelle, Arkansas. She is a proud member of both the American Counseling Association and the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and indulging in her love for crafts and shopping on Amazon. She has a passion for creating natural products with herbs, blending her love for nature with her dedication to holistic wellness. Ashley also cherishes time spent with her husband, family, and friends.

She embraces life with a focus on personal growth, resilience, and joy, seeing challenges as opportunities to thrive emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
