We offer virtual counseling for residents throughout Arkansas using HIPPA compliant software.

Yes, we are in-network with BCBS of Arkansas, Aetna, and Ambetter insurance. If you are not in network with any of these insurance providers, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your out-of-network insurance. In this case, any reimbursement would go directly back to you.

What is the cost of a therapy session?

The fee for both individual and marital sessions is $130-150. 

What is Arkansas Reproductive Therapy's cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide timely support to all clients.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

At Arkansas Reproductive Therapy, we are committed to transparency in our billing practices. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of your care. This estimate will include charges for all services provided, and you will receive it at least one business day before your scheduled service. Key points about your Good Faith Estimate:

  • Timing: Delivered at least one business day before your appointment; three business days if scheduled more than 10 days in advance.

  • Accuracy: Reflects expected costs based on your treatment plan; you can dispute charges if the final bill is $400 or more above the estimate.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and comply with all relevant privacy laws to protect your personal information. Your sessions and records are kept secure and confidential.
